Hi, I'm Emma - a wife, mom, and purpose-driven leader who believes in building spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I live in Ohio with my husband, two daughters, and three dogs. They keep life grounded, joyful, and full of perspective. My family shapes the way I approach everything: authenticity, intention, and a deep commitment to creating environments where people can thrive.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a focus in Technical Writing from Write State University, and later completed my Master of Arts in Strategic Communication at Liberty University, where I focused my research on how effective onboarding shapes performance and retention. That work deepened my understanding of organizational culture, human motivation, and the importance of clear, thoughtful communication - insights that guide both my leadership career and my coaching philosophy today.

Professionally, I've spent my career helping others step into their strengths through talent development, communication, and leadership support. From leading recruitment operations to designing onboarding programs and coaching staff, my work has always centered on cultivating clarity, confidence, and connection. That same philosophy underpins my approach to career coaching - meeting people where they are, helping them articulate who they are, and guiding them toward the work that aligns with their values, abilities and stories.
