Gather & Grow was created from a simple belief: People do their best work when they're equipped with clarity, community, and the confidence to take the next step. Over the years, I found myself walking alongside entrepreneurs, parents, leaders and friends who were trying to build something meaningful - whether it was a new business, a new season of life, or a career shift they weren't sure how to navigate. The same themes kept surfacing, for myself and others: 

I have an idea, but I don't know where to start.  I want to grow, but I don't have the structure. I know I'm capable, but I need support.

Gather & Grow became my answer to those needs. As a hub, it brings together practical resources, simple frameworks, and approachable guidance for small business start-ups who want to build intentionally. It's a place for founders to get clarity on their vision, and take confident action.

Alongside that work, I developed a separate track of career coaching becaues I saw how many profressionals were craving direction. Not everyone wants to start a business, but everyone deserves to understand their strengths, articulate their goals, and pursue a path that honors who they are. My coaching is designed to offer thoughtful support, honest feedback, and real strategies - so clients can move forward with purpose, whether they're stepping into leadership, navigating a transition, or rediscovering their calling.
